| Objective: This thesis expounds systematically the theoretic problems about the syndrome of accumulation of cold fluid in the lung in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) from the cold etiology to treat and prevent COPD. The rat model with the syndrome of accumulation of cold fluid in the lung in COPD was established by inhalation cigarette,exposure to cold and intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) .To observe the efforts of dringking cold,body cold and coldness of body and drianking cold stomach irritation with the model.Methods: This research based on the viewpoints of two theories, namely, the combination of exopathogens and inpathogens, coldness of body and drinking cold tends to impair lung, heavy cold injury to the lung and heaven integrated. Pathologic rat models with the syndrome of accumulation of cold fluid in the lung in COPD were set up with the methods of feeding with ice water with cold property in the cold environment of winter, inhalation cigarette and intratracheal instillation of LPS. Then observe the relevant indexes including symptoms and signs, pathological section of lung tissues, interleukin-8(IL-8) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in blood serum,and also the lung function measurements were carried out.Results: The symptoms and signs of pathologic rat models with the syndrome of accumulation of cold fluid in the lung in COPD were in accordance with clinical symptoms and signs of patients of the syndrome of accumulation of cold fluid in the lung. The changes of microcosmic indexes(except IL-8 and IL-10) coincided with those of COPD related to the syndrome. For example, the expressive index of avoirdupois were alleviated, dynamic lung compliance(Cldyn) decreased while inspiratory resistance(Ri) and expiratory resistance(Re) increased, IL-10 and IL-8 had no significant changes(P>0.05) comparing with the control group's,lung tissues were inflammatorily damaged.Especially, the term of coldness of body and drinking cold changed obviously.Conclusion: It is feasible to set up the rat models with the syndrome of accumulation of cold fluid in the lung in COPD using those methods of experiment. Coldness of body and drinking cold etiology which we should pay more attention to treat and prevent to COPD mainly affected the syndrome of accumulation of cold fluid in the lung in COPD. |
