Objective:long-term treatment of calcaneal fractures is not satisfactory,Although the therapeutic efficacy has improved greatly,but there are many questions have not been solved especially in various intraarticular fractures,it's high complication can not be avoided because of the lack of reliable internal fixation and safe approach,this study by observing the distance with the leading anti-reset device with the lateral screw fixation combined with bone graft treatment of calcaneal fractures,comprehensive evaluation of the clinical value of treatment,for the treatment of calcaneal fractures,a new method of treatment.Methods:The diagnostic criteria were in line with the selection of 48 cases of patients with calcaneal fractures,with the distance through the use of anti-reset device with the horizontal lead screw fixation combined with bone grafting treatment.With the plate fixation group,compared to test in the treatment of calcaneal fractures in superiority.Results:The clinical application and follow-up results were satisfactory,the treatment group than the plate fixation group stripping small Ways trauma,internal fixation is simple,less postoperative complications;collapse calcaneal articular surface reduction, B(?)hler angle recovery,restoration of calcaneal width,excellent rate reached 91.6%.Conclusion:with the lead from anti-reset device with the lateral screw fixation combined with bone graft treatment of calcaneal fracture,the same technology at home and abroad compared with less trauma and less complications,reduction effect of good advantages,comprehensive evaluation is superior to other current treatment methods, ranking the leading domestic level.Directly bring considerable economic and social benefits,promote the use of good prospects.
