Clinical Observation Of Ping Chuan â…  On 35 Cases With Bronchus Asthma Patients And The Influence Of IL-4

Objective:Ping chuan No.Ⅰon the observation of bronchial asthma in patients with clinical symptoms,signs and pulmonary function and the effect on serum IL-4.Methods:68 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases) and control group(33 cases).Treatment group were given oral Ping chuanⅠcontrol Gui long ke chuan ning give oral capsule to observe the clinical efficacy and the two groups in lung function and serum levels of IL-4 to improve the situation.Results:1.Significant rate of treatment group and control the total effective rates were 77.1%and 91.4%,a significant clinical effect.2.Two groups of patients have symptoms and signs of significant improvement,in which the treatment group,such as water in the throat chicken wheezing wheezing sound and sound better than the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05),other symptoms showed no significant difference(P＞0.05).3.Two groups of patients with FEV1,FVC,PEF than before treatment were significantly increased,compared before and after treatment were significantly different(P＜0.05),the two groups showed no significant difference(P＞0.05)4.The two groups after treatment in patients with serum IL-4 were significantly decreased,there are significant differences(P＜0.05),inter-group comparison no significant difference(P＞0.05)Conclusion:1.Ping chuan No.Ⅰeffective treatment of bronchial asthma,and can effectively control their symptoms and signs,and can effectively improve lung function.2.Ping chuan No.Ⅰsignificantly lower levels of IL-4. 3.Ping chuan No.Ⅰmay reduce the level of IL-4 to reduce the inflammatory cells and release of inflammatory mediators to achieve the purpose of the treatment of bronchial asthma.
