Research On The Effect Of Massage On Mid-Age And Elderly Spleen Deficiency Type Sub-Health

Objective:By observing the manipulation of the spleen-type sub-health of the elderly changes in peripheral blood T lymphocytes to explore the manipulation of the spleen immunodeficiency type subhealth the impact of the elderly.Methods:Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province from the home community,Harbin,Heilongjiang cottage rural elderly welfare centers and the middle-aged and elderly welfare Harbin screened 48 cases of sub-health middle-aged and older,using random numbers to the list of law subjects were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and the control group.Experimental group,24 cases,24 cases of the control group.Results:45 days later,the experimental group of male subjects than CD₈⁺ significantly lower before the experiment,CD₄⁺/ CD₈⁺ ratio increased significantly(P<0.05);control group,CD₈⁺ than male subjects before the experiment significantly reduced(P<0.05). Experimental group of female subjects before the experiment than the CD₃⁺ increased significantly(P<0.05),CD₈⁺ markedly low,CD₄⁺/ CD₈⁺ ratio increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:1 subhealth massage type of deficiency in peripheral blood T lymphocytes in elderly subjects had a positive impact on the immune balance in the elderly adjustment.2 methods used for traditional Chinese medicine subhealth further basic and clinical research will be extremely important.
