Clinical Study Of Children Massage Combined With Routine Nursing In The Treatment Of Children’s Sub-health Of Deficiency Of Both Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of children’s massage combined with conventional nursing regulating in the sub-health status of children’s lung and spleen deficiency.Methods: 120 cases of the subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into massage group(observation group),Yu Ping Feng group(control group 1)and routine nursing group(control group 2)according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.All the three groups were given routine nursing.On this basis,the massage group given infantile massage,and the Yu Ping Feng group oral Yu Ping Feng granules.Both before and after the treatment,the sub-health TCM symptom scale,body mass,thickness of abdominal dermal fold and total effective rate of each group were observed.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:(1)The clinical efficacy of the three groups was significantly different by rank sum test(P < 0.05).The massage group was superior to the Yu Ping Feng group.The Yu Ping Feng group was superior to the routine nursing group(P <0.017).(2)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Total scores of TCM symptoms and scores of each symptom,body mass and abdominal skinfold thickness among the three groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms and scores of each symptom,body mass and abdominal skin fold thickness in massage group and Yu Ping Feng group were improve,which were better than those in routine nursing group(P < 0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of repeated exogenous symptoms and total scores of TCM symptoms in routine nursing group were significantly lower,while the body mass index was significantly higher(P <0.05),with no significant difference between the remaining observation indexes(P ﹥ 0.05).In the massage group,the symptoms integral improved degree of copious sweat,anorexia,facial yellowness or unadorned,stool disorder,emaciation,faint low voice and less gas lazy words,abdominal discomfort,exposed when sleep was significantly better than that of the Yu Ping Feng group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of children’s massage combined with routine nursing regulating children’s sub-health status is more significant effective than that of Yu Ping Feng particles combined with routine nursing and simple routine nursing,which is worthy of clinical vigorous promotion and use.
