| Objective:To observation on the change of local blood vessel with Interventional Therapy for Adult Avascular Necrosis of Fermoral Head,study the change of Fermoral Head's blood supply and to hellp clinician choose treatment perscription.Methods:A total of thirty-one patients(40hips) with adult avascular necrosis of the femoral head according to the standard of diagnosisi and selection received the interventional therapy in department of orthopedics,zhangzhou hospital of TCM,Fujian province from April 2005-October 2008 were selected.The medicines were injected the hip by using Seldinger's technique.The hip was injected the second time after 2 weeks and the third time after 4 weeks. The cilinical efficacy and imaging were analyzed by Self before-after study.To observation on the change of local blood vessel after Interventional Therapy with Digital subtraction angiography(DSA),we study and research the change of local blood supply after Interventional Therapy for Adult Avascular Necrosis of Fermoral Head.Result:Thirty-one patients(40hips) were all treated in course of treatment.1.Describing index:Before the interventional therapy,the number of femoral head 's blood vessel wasslender and the number of ramus anastomoticus was rare.The blood vessel was stegnotic and even was interrupted.The stained range was localized and dark.After the interventional therapy,the embolic blood vessel became easy and smooth.The blood vessel was thick and excurrent.The stained range was wide and light-coloured.2.Numerical index:①To compare the blood vessel's caliber of preoperative and postoperative,there was obvious significant difference between preoperative and postoperative(P<0.05).②To compare the blood vessel's number of preoperative and postoperative,there was obvious significant difference between preoperative and postoperative(P<0.05).③There was obvious significant difference between preoperative and postoperative in blood vessel typing's of medial femoral circumflex artery's upper trunk.④There was obvious significant difference between preoperative and postoperative in femoral head's staining's extent.⑤To compare the blood vessel's caliber,the blood vessel's number,blood vessel typing's of medial femoral circumflex artery's upper trunk and femoral head's staining's extent of the first and second postoperative,there was no obvious significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Interventional therapy have improveed significantly the blood supply of fermoral head,which is an effective and reliable method in the treatment of adult pristine avascular necrosis of femoral head.2.Although the retreatment's frequency increase,there is no no obvious significant difference in the improvement of fermoral head 's blood supply.3. The developmental mutation of femoral head's feeding artery maybe is the potential factor of the ANFH. |
