Clinical Study On Gubaowan With Interventional Therapy In Trieating Early Stage Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Gubaowan with Interventional Therapy in treating early stage Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head, and provide the primary datum for the further clinical application.MethodsAccording to Ficat staging of ANFH,60patients with ANFH(78hips)proved by clinic and imageology, including11cases of stage0,42cases of stage â… ,25cases of stage â…¡,were divided into two groups randomly with the random number table:the Gubaowan with interventional therapy, the complex salvia miltiorrhiza drill with interventional therapy according to the following up order and the treated method.A week after the first interventional treatment do the second one,altogether2times. All the patients will limit or avoid weight after the interventional treatment.All of cases were followed up for average of three months.we compared the curative effect of every groups on pain function, clinical symptoms, ficat staging to conclude the difference among various methods.ResuItsThrough the clinical and experimental study, the curative effect of the treated group is better than that of the contrastive group, especial ly in relief the hip pain, improve the hip function, also in promote bone repair. X-ray, CT or MRI showed that the recovery of necrotic bone and formation of new bone in different, degrees were foud.ConelusionThe curative effect of the Gubaowan with Interventional Therapy in the treatment of ANFH0-II stages are more better than that of the contrastive group, especially in reduce hip pain, increase the femoral head blood supply and promote bone repair. It can improve the function of hips. The total arthro- plasty can he avoi ded or delayed.Gubaowan can as a maintenance treatment after interventional therapy for early femoral head necrosis.But the long effect needs further research.
