| Objective..This retrospective study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of the patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) after operation by COX regression model in our department. Methods:Clinical data of 90 female patients with histopathologically confirmed resectable breast cancer, which were treated in our department from Jan.2000 to Jan.2004,and confirmed to be triple-negative breast cancer were collected. The clinical characteristics, recurrence and survival of the patients were summarized.13 potential risk factors were analyzed and COX regression model was established to analyze the independent prognostic factors. At the same time, all the statistic description and analysis was by means of SPSS 13.0,p<0.05 was considered to have statistic difference and have significance.Results:1.The median age was 48.6 years in the 90 cases, whose age was from 29 years to 76 years. From the first day after the operation to the 10th April,2009,the follow-up time was from 9.5 to 83 months, the median follow-up time was 56.5 months, among which 24 cases died and 65 cases relapsed or metabasis occured. The 1-,3- and 5-year overall survival rate was 95.71%, 88.54%,73.32%.2.Single factors analysis showed that age,T stage,N stage,p53, clinical stage, the tumor size and adjuvant chemotherapy were prognostic factors(p<0.05).3.COX regression model showed that tumor size and lymph node metastasis were independent factors.Conclusion:1.The adjuvant chemotherapy was good for the prognosis of TNBC.The adjuvant radiotherapy on the prognosis of TNBC was not statistical significant.2.The tumor size and lymph node metastasis were the independent risk factors of TNBC. |
