The Study Of Experiment And Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Of Blood-heat Type With KangYin Bathe Lotion

Objective:We want to observe the therapeutic effect on treatment of KangYin Bathe Lotion and effect on hemorheology and ET.Methords:Randomly divided 105 cases of patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris of Blood-heat Type into treatment group(with KangYin Bathe Lotion),control group(with bran Bathe Lotion),observed clinic effect,detected the change of hemorheology and ET before and after treatment.Results:There are different content improvement in symptom and physical sign after intervention in two groups.Total effect rate is 90.9 percent in treatment group,76.0 percent in control group.The effect rate of treatment group is better than the control group's.It is significant in statistics between two group(P＜0.01),Conclusions:1.It was better to treat Psoriasis Vulgaris of Blood-heat Type with KangYin Bathe Lotion.2.Most index in hemorheology and ET were raise in varying degree,wich was important to Psoriasis Vulgaris. 3.KangYin Bathe Lotion could decrease most index in hemorheology and ET relatively significantly.Hemorheology and ET could reflet the change of pathogenetic condition of Psoriasis Vulgaris,as an objective index of the efficacy for KangYin Bathe Lotion treated Psoriasis Vulgaris,wich is one pharmaco-mechanism for it.
