Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Dendrobium Candidum Moisturizing And Repairing Lotion In Improving The Skin Barrier Of Patients With Psoriasis Vulgaris And Blood-heat Typ

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of dendrobium for moisturizing and repairing the skin barrier treatment in patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat type,and evaluate the recurrence rate and long-term effect by follow-up and explore the features and advantages of TCM treatment of psoriasis.Dendrobium moisturizing restorative body lotion supply provide a safe and effective clinical method in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis recurrence.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris and the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes of blood-heat type,60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat type were selected in the experiment and divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients per group by random number table method.Both groups were treated by Liangxue Xiaofeng powder,and dendrobium moisturizing restorative body lotion was used in the experimental group,venona hyaluronic acid dressing was used in the control group.After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,patients were evaluated from PASI Score,pruritus score,skin barrier function(cuticle moisture content,skin oil content,transdermal moisture loss).All patients were followed up 2 times in the first month and the third months after the treatment,and the treatment effect,recurrence factors and adverse reactions were analyzed according to patients’situation.Results:1.Patients’ gender,age and disease course between the experimental group and the control group had no statistical difference,P>0.05,so the clinical data were comparable.2.After 8 weeks of total treatment course,the total effective rate and the significant effective rate was 88.89%and 40.74%in the experimental group,67.86%and 21.43%in the control group,P<0.05.The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the skin barrier function of two groups was improved evenly,but after 8 weeks of treatment,the skin barrier function of the experimental group continued to improve,while there was no significant change in the control group after 4 weeks treatment.The skin barrier repair effect of the experimental group was better.4.After 4 weeks of treatment,PASI score and pruritus score did not change significantly in both groups.After 8 weeks of treatment,there was no significant change in PASI score between the two groups,but the pruritus score had statistical difference,P<0.05,the experimental group had better pruritus relief effect.Conclusion:Dendrobium moisturizing restorative body lotion can significantly increase the skin moisture content,skin oil content,reduce skin moisture loss,promote skin barrier repair,effectively relieve the symptoms of pruritus,and decrease the recurrence rate of skin lesions without obvious adverse reactions.Dendrobium moisturizing restorative body lotion as a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of psoriasis,daily used safely,simply and conveniently,effectively improved the life quality of patients with psoriasis,which was worthy of further research and promotion.
