| Objective:To survey the relationship between inflammatory factor high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) in acute atrial fibrillation (AF)of rabbit and to observe the effects of the simvastatin and losartan drugs or butter on the serum hs-CRP, IL-6under the acute AF animal model of rabbit. To study inflammatory mechanism of acute AF and prevention effects of drugs on acute AF.To give the evidences of theory and experiment of prevention and treatment clinical acute AF.Methods: 60 rabbits were randomly divided into simvastatin (Zocor) group (n =15), losartan group (n=15) ,butter group (n=15)and the control group (n=15), the experimental groups include simvastatin (Zocor) group ,losartan group and butter group, simvastatin (Zocor) group ,losartan group and butter group were individually given simvastatin (Zocor), losartan , butter orally for 4 weeks in advance ,And then implanted esophagus pacing electrodes through thoracotomy(the combination of process pacing and Burst)to stimulate pulmonary vein to establish rabbit model of acute AF. According to the results whether induced AF rabbit were divided into atrial fibrillation group (AF), and non-AF group (N-AF). the application of double-antibody sandwich ELISA method to detection serum hs-CRP, IL-6 levels. compared the serum hs-CRP, IL-6 levels of atrial fibrillation group (AF) and non-AF group (N-AF) before stimulation. compared the serum hs-CRP, IL-6 levels of simvastatin (Zocor) group, losartan group ,butter group and control group before and after stimulation, and statistical analysis.Results:The serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 in AF higher than N-AF group (P<0.01). The serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 of simvastatin (Zocor) group and losartan group with drug intervention lower than control group (P<0.01). The rate of induced AF with simvastatin, losartan drug intervention groups were significantly lower than control group (P<0.01). The serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 of butter group higher than normal control group, simvastatin group ,losartan group (P <0.05). The rate of induced AF of butter group higher than normal control group, simvastatin group,losartan group (P<0.05). Conclution:The higher the level of Serum hs-CRP, IL-6, the more AF may easily be induced. Pre-control serum hs-CRP, IL-6 levels will be able to effectively inhibit the incidence of AF and development. It shows that inflammation may play a important role in the occurrence and development of AF. |
