Effects Of Decoction-Combined CSII Treatment On Patients With Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Vital Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the effects of decoction-combined CSII treatment on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (Vital Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome).Method: A randomized, doubled-blind and placebo controlled trial was conducted.40 the acute arthritis of gout that belongs to the Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Vital Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome), divided into 2 groups at random. The control group treated with decoction-combined CSII therapy, and the experiment group treated with CSII treatment alone. treat a distance for 14 days. we observe the curative effect and the main symptoms and signs.Result: Significant improvements were found with the experiment group in FBG, 2-hour PBG, FINS, 2-hour INS, ISI values at 5%-l% probability levels respectively. Further comparisons between the experiment group and control group regarding the above indexes indicate that decoction-combined CSII treatment significantly outdoes sole CSII treatment (P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion: The decoction is safety effective, Decoction-combined CSII treatment is effective in treating newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (Vital Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome) .It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
