Objective: Chronic rhinitis is common disease of chronic inflammation in mucosa and submucosal. Chronic rhinitis is a common clinical otorhinolaryngology diseases, according to Chinese medicine theory, Chronic rhinitis is closely related to blood stasis and Qi deficiency. In this study, on the basis of pathogenesis and clinical treatment, proposed use Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao Decoction treatment chronic rhinitis plan, and conducts the comparison research with Qianbaibiyan pian. At the same time, to measure patients' SIgA content in nasal cavity secretion and ciliary transport function before and after treatment, based on objective changes of the target Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao Decoction on chronic rhinitis physiological function of the nasal cavity, with a view to guiding the clinical treatment of chronic rhinitis. Rests on the change of the objective target to discussion Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao Decoction to the chronic rhinitis nasal cavity physiology function influence, through comparison research, in order to instruction Chronic rhinitis treatment.Methods: Patient selection in patients with chronic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups, respectively Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao Decoction and Qianbaibiyanpian, and saccharin test before and after treatment of nasal cilia transport functions radioimmunoassay method SIgA content of nasal secretions, through the control study, observation Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao Decoction on chronic rhinitis nasal physiological function recovery.Results: (1)Two sets of the same card-type ciliary transport function and SIgA before treatment, compared no significant difference shows that there is comparability of data between the two groups; (2) Two sets of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis type ciliary transport function and SIgA before treatment, compared have significant differences ,on chronic rhinitis Qi deficiency and Blood stasis type and between different physiological functions of the nasal cavity, nasal physiological functions of Qi-deficiency type was superior to Blood stasis type; (3) In each group before and after treatment the same card-type ciliary transport function and SIgA of comparison, the Qi-deficiency type ciliary transport function and SIgA before and after treatment, are significant differences ,in the treatment of blood stasis before and after the ciliary transport function and SIgA were no significant difference, in that Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao Decoction and Qianbaibiyanpian of Qi-deficiency type of nasal physiological functions have improved significantly, and no significant improvement of Blood stasis; (4) Two groups of Qi-deficiency type ciliary transport function after treatment there was a significant difference, between the two groups Qi Deficiency SIgA-based comparison of treatment there were no significant differences, but between two groups of Qi-deficiency type SIgA difference before and after treatment, there are significant differences, in that Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao Decoction than Qianbaibiyanpian better improve the nasal physiological functions of the Qi-deficiency type of chronic rhinitis.Conclusion: In this study, the physiological function of nasal tips can be used as diagnostic dialectical reference target, the physiological function of the nasal cavity can be used as objective criteria to determine efficacy. TCM objective of the research must have the reference value. Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao Decoction can improve the nasal physiological functions of the Qi-deficiency type of chronic rhinitis more and better than Qianbaibiyanpian.
