| Objective:Based on the method of Yi Qi Sheng Yang,Tongqiao umbilical paste combined with Xie’s Wenbi Tongqiao Decoction was used to treat allergic rhinitis of spleen and lung deficiency and cold,and its clinical efficacy was observed.At the same time,it is explored whether Tongqiao umbilical paste can maintain the clinical efficacy of allergic rhinitis,achieve the purpose of clinical control,and improve the patient’s Minimal persistent inflammationin,and improve its long-term efficacy.And then to evaluate its safety and effectiveness,hoping to provide new treatment ideas and new adjuvant treatment techniques for improving the long-term efficacy of allergic rhinitis.Methods:According to the RAND function grouping,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The general information and biological distribution of all subjects were not statistically different and comparable.In the first stage,patients in the treatment group were treated with Xie’s Wenbi Tongqiao Decoction combined with Tongqiao umbilical paste,and patients in the control group were treated with Xie’s Wenbi Tongqiao Decoction combined with placebo umbilical paste.In the second stage,the treatment group was treated with Tongqiao umbilical patch and the control group Use placebo umbilical patch to continue treatment;one dose of traditional Chinese medicine particles a day,umbilical patch once every 2 days,and stick to Shenque point,usually 4-6 hours.60 days is a course of treatment,divided into two stages,each stage is 30 days.At the stools,symptoms of fatigue and nasal signs in allergic patients with spleen and lung deficiency-cold type;Wenbi Tongqiao drink has a definite clinical effect,and the clinical effect can at least be maintained 1 month.4.After the second stage of treatment,the total scores of symptoms and signs and the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients after the second stage of treatment
