Invigorating Spleen For Eliminating Dampness Treatment Of Pediatric Clinical Study Of Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective:Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis (IRVE) is a kind of acute gastroenteritis disease that infected by Rotavirus(RV), a good hair in the annual autumn and winter, also known as "the fall of diarrhea in children", is commonly found in 6 months to 2-year-old infants. IRVE, in the eyes of traditional Chinese medicine, falls into the category of "diarrhoea". The pathological mechanism of IRVE is the asthenia of the spleen and dampness. In this study, the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory selected invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness such as the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine made from the use of granules, mainly from the clinical symptoms to explore the efficacy of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Design and method:Adopt randomized controlled trial. Stochastically 40 patients of Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis divided into the invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness group(the treat group) and the western medicine orally Smecta group(the control group), both groups give the necessary condition of patients symptomatic treatment and fluid therapy. Treatment of the two groups were observed 3 days after the system as well as in improving the efficacy of infantile rotavirus enteritis stool traits, such as the main clinical symptoms of the differences.Results:Clinical practice through the study found invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness of children with rotavirus enteritis better efficacy, the treatment group has a total efficiency of 95 percent, while the control group the total effective rate 70 percent, but the treatment group in the promotion of children with rotavirus enteritis Characters change in the stool; to improve the diet and negative rate of rotavirus have significant advantages. General effective than the control group.Conclusions:The method of Invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness is an efficiency principle in treating Infantile Rotavirus enteritis.
