Base on it, this research observes the clinical effect of the Chinese traditional medicine of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness in treating infant diarrhea, and discuss its action on secondary Lactozyme Intolerance.Research MethodsAdopt randomized controlled trial, stochastically divided 72 examples troubles into the treatment group and control group.The treatment used the Chinese traditional medicine of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness. The control group used orally Smecta, observing its clinical curative effect and discuss the action on econdary Lactozyme Intolerance.The resultsThe effect rate of the treatment group is 97%, the control group effect rate is 72%, the treatment group surpassed control group, and the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01).The two groups' level of Lactozyme Intolerance both reduced after the treatment, shows that both groups' Lactozyme could be improved, it also shows that Chinese traditional medicine is more effect than Smecta.ConclusionThe Chinese traditional medicine of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness had the function of treating infant diarrhea. Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine treatment can both improve the Lactozyme. Chinese traditional medicine is more effect than Smecta.
