Clinical Research Of Therapeutic Of Spleen-Invigorating-and-Dampness-Eliminating Decotion On Cervical HPV Infection Of Water Retention Due To Insufficiency Of The Spleen

Objective:Through the clinical research to observe the therapeutic effect of Spleen-Invigorating-and-Dampness-Eliminating Decotion on high-risk cervical HPV infection. To objectively evaluate the effect of Spleen-Invigorating-and-Dampness-Eliminating Decotion on high-risk HPV infection. Through HC2HPV DNA test to observe the HPV infection of patients before and after treatment, and try to explain the mechanism from immunological aspects.Method:Sellecting60patients and dividing randomly into experimental group and control group, with30cases in each group. The experimental group were given Spleen-Invigorating-and-Dampness-Eliminating Decotion and Bao Fu Kang suppositories for three menstrual cycles. Others were treated with Bao Fu Kang suppositories alone. To observe the decrease of TCM syndrome, HC2HPV DNA, and lymphocyte subsets.Results:1.After treatment, there is statistical significance between experimental group and control group in integral of TCM syndrome which is decreased less than30%,between30%and70%or more than70%.2.Anterior-posterior treatment, there is statistical significance between experimental group and control group in darkening rate of HPV, which is43.3%in experimental group, and10%in control group.3. Anterior-posterior treatment, there is statistical significance between experimental group and control group in total effective rate. Recovery rate and effective rate in experimental group is40%and56.7%. Recovery rate and effective rate in control group is10%and20%.4.Patients in experimental group with CD3+cell ratio before and after treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05), CD4+ratio has increased and showed a highly significant difference(P<0.01), CD8+ratio fell and showed a highly significant difference(P<0.01), while the CD4+/CD8+ratio increased after treatment were significantly different (P<0.01).There is statistical difference between experimental group and control group in CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ratio after experiment.Showing that Spleen-Invigorating-and-Dampness-Eliminating Decotion in the regulation of body overall immune function has not played a significant role, while the immune responsed as a dominant positive regulater. Before and after treatment, NK cell ratio and B lymphocyte ratio showed no significant difference(P>0.05), suggesting that the decotion may not take effects by rasing the number of NK and B lymphocyte cells.Conclution:The therapeutic effect of Spleen-Invigorating-and-Dampness-Eliminating Decotion is proved effective in the clinical research. The decotion not only improves patients’symptom, but also obviously incresses the darkening rate of HPV, adjusts CD4+and CD8+cells ratio, regulates the body’s immune response, maintains the stability of the body’s immune function.
