The Study Of Combined TCM Internal And External Treatment For Treating The Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Congealing Cold And Blood Stasis

ObjectiveObserved the clinical effect of combine internal treatment with Wen Jing Decoction (Synopsis of the Golden Chamber) and external treatment with Medicine Fomentation for treating the primary dysmenorrhea of congealing cold and blood stasis type. And to provide a more effective treatment for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.MethodsThis study was collected outpatient attendances in between January 2015 recorded in Macau Weng Heng Long Fu Kee Pharmacies, the main TCM syndrome of the primary dysmenorrhea was congealing Cold and Blood Stasis. Sixty eligible primary dysmenorrhea patients were randomly divided into A group, B group and C group,20 cases in each group. A group was treatment group (Wen Jing Decoction from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber+Medicine Fomentation). B group was internal treatment group (Wen Jing Decoction from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber). C group was external treatment group (Medicine Fomentation). Observed the integral changes of dysmenorrhea symptoms in each group of patients before and after treatment, and to assess the effect of treatment. cure rateResultsCombined Wen Jing Decoction (Synopsis of Prescription of the Golden Chamber) with Medicine Fomentation treatment for primary dysmenorrhea patients with Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis type. Observed after the therapeutic effect of three menstrual cycles, in the aspect of dysmenorrhea symptom curative effect, the total effective rate and cure rate of treatment group was 100% and 75%, internal medication group was 90% and 45%, medicine fomentation group was 90% and 30%. Three groups have significant differences (P<0.05). In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect, the treatment group total effective and cure rate was 100%and 65%, internal medication group was 85% and 20%, medicine fomentation group was 90% and 0%. Three groups have significant differences (P<0.05) The clinical treatment effect in therapy group was excellent. After the treatment of three menstrual cycles, dysmenorrhea symptoms integral, analgesic effect integral and TCM syndrome were descend obviously. Compared before and after treatment of each group, the treatment integral difference was statistically (P<0.05). No Found any anaphylactic reaction and significant side effect in the whole course of treatment and after stopped the treatment.ConclusionCombined internal Wen Jing Decoction (Synopsis of Prescription of the Golden Chamber) with external Medicine Fomentation could more effectively improved the primary dysmenorrhea congealing cold and blood stasis type clinical. Improved the dysmenorrhea symptoms and syndrome, relieved pain and shorten the time of pain. Study nearly therapeutic effect and long-term therapeutic effect was significant, was a safe and effective method of treatment.
