The Clinical Observasion On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Congealing Cold And Blood Stasis With Dysmenorrhea Decoction

Primary dysmenorrhea(PD) is a common Gynecology disease to young girls of puberty or young women of childless,even effecting normal lives,studies and work.Traditional Chinese Medicine considers that the disease is mainly because vital energy and blood are inhibited and there is pain where is stoppage. This article studies on high incidence of congealing cold and blood stasis of PD according to clinical material. We adopted prescription of tutor, "dysmenorrheal decoction", and the means of warming the channels and dissipating cold, promoting the circulation of vital energy and blood, regulating menstruation to relieve pain.We choose 60 patients on PD of congealing cold and blood stasis, and give two groups to clinical survey. We share 30 cases as treatment group cured by "dysmenorrhea decoction" and 30 cases as control group cured by indometacin.The results show that the total effective rate of two groups is similar(P>0.05),but the incidence of recovery of "dysmenorrhea decoction"is higher than the group of indometacin(P<0.05). And "dysmenorrhea decoction" can improve the indexes of blood flow. The incidence of side reaction is lower than that of indometacin. Thus it can be seen "dysmenorrhea decoction" is an effective priscription for the disease. This article apply powerful basis for treating PD.
