The Preliminary Study Of The Composition And Diversity Of Acaroid Mites'Community In Huainan Area

Objective To study the composition and diversity of Acaroid mites'community and know about the information of asthma by epidemiological survey of asthma in Huainan area.Methods Acaroid mites were isolated by directicopy and Tullgren etc, identified and counted under microscope. The richness, diversity and evenness of species were calculated by Margalef index, Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index. All people were surveied by sending tables of epidemiological surveying and detected by method of skin-prick testing of Acaroid mites'allergen, then the information of the tables would be analyzed.Results 41 samples were isolated in 960 samples. 25 species of Acaroid mites were isolated, belonging to 19 genus, 7 families. In a year, the average breeding density of Acaroid mites was (3.67±1.34~46.34±6.14)NO./g, the value of richness index(Rmargalef) was ranging from 0.233 to 2.655, while the diversity index (Shannon-Wiener index) was ranging from 1.012 to 3.193, and Pielou index was ranging from 0.892 to 0.991 in a year. 733 tables were sent out, in which only 584 tables were qualified. These 584 persons'average age was (41.81±3.21)years, containing 278 men and 306 women. There were 382 persons, containing 9 asthma patients, detected by skin-prick testing, in which 6 persons were positive, the positive rate was 1.57%. The 6 persons were all belonging to the 9 asthma patients, so the positive rate in asthma patients was 66.7%.Conclusions Acaroid mites all breed widely from May to August. The composition and diversity of Acaroid mites'community was plentiful and diversiform. And the composition and diversity of Acaroid mites'community was different in every month. Because different habits, the number of natural enemy and different vitality of Acaroid mites, and different temperature, humidity and human disturbance in the environment of Acaroid mites. So paying attention to individual living habit, windowing usually, holding dryness indoor to avoid creating condition for Acaroid mites Acaroid mites to prevent suffering from asthma induced by Acaroid mites and cut down the detriment of human health.
