The Traditional Chinese Medicine, born thousands of years ago, has been well developed in our country. However, to publish and exchange the related knowledge with people all over the world, work needs to be done on interpreting the mechanisms of Chinese Medicine from the point view of chemists. As a result, based on theoretical chemistry physics knowledge, this thesis has been focused on exploring the mechanisms of the Chinese Medicine, which are commonly used during cancer therapy. The quantitative relationship between the distribution of life power elements and the efficacy of anticancer Chinese medicines is discussed systemically. Regarding to the common 12 cancer cases, by using the double parameters and three parameters, we have found out the most frequently used Chinese medicines from " thousand anticancer herbs" and studied statistically the relationship between the effects by using those medicines and the quantum sub-cluster statistical parameters (r1, r2). Mechanisms of anticancer can be well explained based on cluster statistics: for different anticancer medicines, when r1/r2(1, k2r1/r2(15 with sweet, heat, meridian-tropism lung and spleen; the medicines are mainly used for improving immunization system; when r1/r2(1, k2r1/r2(20,the medicines which are bitter, cold, meridian-tropism liver, mainly Yin(-), have the function of killing cancer cells directly; and when r1/r2(1, k2r1/r2(20, they are considered to anticancer through adjusting the blood physicochemical character.The chemical compositions of the anticancer herbs, cited from "Handbook of Anticancer Chinese Medicine", have been studied statistically. It has been found that the main composition is generally consisted of glycoside,acid and base. Anticancer with low electrophilic intensity distribution is composed of sugar,glycoside,alcohol, which are easily being oxidized. For those with high electrophilic intensity distribution, the compositions are mainly baldheaded ketene,carboxylic acid, biologic base saturation structure, which are usually hard to be oxidized. By analyzing the typical medicines in "thousand anticancer herbs", Yin(-) anticancer medicines can eliminate pathogen,Yang(+) medicines can adjust the function of Yin(-) medicines and support vital Qi. So we can forecast the property ,taste,effect of anticancer medicines by there sub-cluster parameters. According to the quantum sub-cluster statistic mechanics, typical recipes are analyzed, and the potential pharmacody of them is summarized. The some new recipes are advanced in this thesis.
