Objiective:To explore the clinical value study of Application of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery diagnosis and treatment of Solitary Pulmonary Nodule. Methods:The clinical data of 50 cases with surgical treatment of Solitary Pulmonary Nodule from October 2007 to October 2009 have been analyzed. Through the establishment of the selection and exclusion criteria selected 50 patients, including application of VATS in 25 cases, the traditional thoracotomy in 25 cases. comparing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and thoracotomy in the average operation time, the average chest tube drainage cited time and cost of treatment, the average length of stay, mean postoperative chest tube drainage cited the total amount of intraoperative bleeding and the average total postoperative complication rate of the overall evaluation index. Results:The 50cases were divided into two groups. There were 25 cases in the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery group,25cases in the thoracotomy group.By comparing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and thoracotomy in the average operation time, the average chest tube drainage cited time and cost of treatment, the average length of stay, mean postoperative chest tube drainage cited the total amount of intraoperative bleeding and the average total postoperative complication rate of the overall evaluation index, video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery was found in a number of evaluation indicators are superior to thoracotomy.Conclusion:1, Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of solitary pulmonary nodules has more obvious advantages than the thoracotomy.2, Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is simple, rapid postoperative recovery, the patient less pain. Like with the thoracotomy, you can complete the Solitary Pulmonary Nodule diagnosis and therapeutic purposes. But for now, video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in malignant solitary pulmonary nodules on the treatment, the mean operative time was longer, which requires further action to improve the level of surgeon and surgical techniques improved.3, video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in solitary pulmonary nodules on the diagnosis and treatment of lung nodules in need of taking a step forward to improve the positioning issue, so that surgery can improve the operating speed and reduce the operative difficulty. 4, although in this group study, video-assisted thoracoscopic group and the thoracotomy group were postoperative complications, but in the clinical application of the process, still need to attach importance to the emergence of post-operative complications. To prevent postoperative complications.5, Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment costs are higher than the thoracotomy. Its application has been partially limited. But with video-assisted thoracoscopic technology development and the gradual localization of equipment, video-assisted thoracoscopic applications will become more popular.
