| AbstractIn order to evaluate the role of interleukin 17 (IL-17) in pathogenesis of rheumatic disease, patients'blood who suffered from four kinds of frequent rheumatic diseases were collected to test their levels of IL-17 in serum.Methodsthe levels of IL-17 from blood samples of four kinds of frequent rheumatic diseases and 20 cases healthy persons are tested useing enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),meanwhile the diversify of immune index was analyzed.Results(1) The level of serum IL-17 in patients with RA,SLE,SS and AS was obviously higher than that in healthy control. (2) The level of serum in RA patients obviously positive correlate with RF,ESR,CRP,as well as the score of ACR;the level of serum IL-17 of AS patients showed positive correlation with ESR,CRP;the level of serum IL-17 in SLE,SS patients has positive correlation with the levels of IgG,negative correlation with the levels of C3;the score of SLEDAI in SLE patients are also raleted with the level of serum IL-17.3.the difference of serum IL-17 in SLE patients is obvious after treatment with glucosesteriods, there is no noticeable difference among rheumatism diseases.ConclusionThe level of IL-17 obviously raise in RA,SLE,SS and AS patients' blood, especially in active stage, which suggests that IL-17 may play a critical role in the pathogenesis of rheumatic disease. |
