BackgroundEssential hypertension has the tendency of clusterring in some of the family, which indicates that Essential hypertension has biochemical genetics basis or with inherited biochemical abnormalities. Many studies confirm that the kidney may play a key role in Essential hypertension which can be genetic or be restrained through the kidney. Exercise is the most common physiological load. Under the situation of exercise, the abnormality of the function occures and the exercies increased the load of the kidney's self-regulatory load. If the kidney has the potential damage,this kind of load will exceed oneself' s regulation ability and lead to temporary kidney disorder. Currently, Renal dynamic imaging method used in the nuclear medicine is the quantitative indexes of early renal damage or estimating the healthy's GFR.ObjectivesObserve the influence of load of exercise on the kidney function of normal people and the persons who has family history of Essential hypertension. Further more, investigate whether the person who has family history of Essential hypertension has potential renal damage or not.MethodsRecord the patient's age, height, weight, resting blood pressure and heart rate, and then do the regular resting renal dynamic imaging.the exercise renal dynamic imaging were done as well, After emptying the bladder, using activity flat to increase the quantity of exercise gradually and teste the heart rate and electrocardiogram of the subjects. maintaining the movement 3~5 minutes while reaching the 90% of the maximum expected heart rate (maximum expected heart rate equal 220 reduce age), and then stop the exercise gradually. Then, do the renal dynamic imaging immediately and measure the blood pressure and heart rate. analyse all the data using SPSS 17.0 statistical software package, then compare the same subjects'data from two examination.ResultAmong the 18 kidneys, after exercise, the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of 12 kidneys were lower than that of the resting renal dynamic imaging and 6 kideys were higher than that of the resting renal dynamic imaging.15 kidneys' bilateral peak time prolonged,3 kidneys'unilateral peak time prolonged. Compare with resting renal dynamic imaging, the differences of left GFR and right GFR haa no statistical significance (P>0.05). After exercise, single kidney's△GFR reduce and SGFR's rate of the persons who has family history of Essential hypertension were more abvious than those without hypertension family history.ConclusionAfter exercise, bilateral renal GFR were lower, bilateral renal peak time and half peak time prolonged. Exercising influent on bilateral renal GFR was synchronous consistent. The kidney function to regulate itself of persons who has family history of Essential hypertension had downtrend.
