Objective To evaluate renal dynamic imaging in judgment of renal functions in patients with type2diabetes mellitus and the influence of the control of glucose on diabetic renal function so as to provide relevant basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Sixty-six patients with type2diabetes mellitus classified by the urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) into3grope:grope1, grope2,grope3. Thirty normal people without diabetes mellitus were included into control grope. Renal dynamic imaging were performed on all these cases as well as the serum creatinine (SCr) and blood erea nitrogen (BUN) had been done, the survey of the glomerular filtration rate (GFR), the renal function curve peak time (tb), the half activity time (T1/2), the20min residual rate (C20), the SCr、HbAlc and BUN had been done. Results The GFR of each grope of type2diabetes mellitus were95.06±20.78,82.64±18.65,33.77±20.50(ml/min),were all statistically lower than the control grope which GFR was111.95±15.24(ml/min),(P<0.05, P<0.01and P<0.01). each grope of type2diabetes mellitus compared with control grope, just the grope of DM3whose BUN and SCr were higher than the control grope;every grope of type2diabetes mellitus the tb、T1/2were longer than the control grope, and the C20was higher than control grope. And the comparison between group of three groups of type2diabetes mellitus show that the HbAlc of two group of DM2andDM3were higher than that of the group of DM1(P<0.01), and also the HbAlc of group DM3was higher than that of the group DM2, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Renal dynamic imaging is helpful for the early detection of the change of renal functions in patients with type2diabetes mellitus, judge the injury of the renal function and provide relevant basis for clinical prevention and diagnosis the Diabetic Nephropathy (DN). The control of glycemic in diabetic patients is closely linked with diabetic nephropathy.
