The Clinical Observation Of Infertility About Obstruction Of The Fallopian Tube Umbrella Of Hot And Humid Stasis Junction With The "Triple Therapy" Cycle

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of "triple therapy" cycle to infertility caused by fimbriated extremity of fallopian obstruction of the type of Damp-heat Binder with Blood-Stasis.This study would provide a new traditional Chinese medicine treatment for infertility due to fimbriated extremity of fallopian obstruction.Methods:All patients were selected by some special conditions.Then 60 cases of infertility resulted from fimbriated extremity of fallopian obstruction were divided into two groups randomly: traditional Chinese medicine group(treatment group,n=30) which were treated with "triple therapy";western medicine group(control group,n=30) which were treated with Hydrotubation(gentamicin 80,000 u,dexamethasone 5mg andα-chymotrypsin 4000 u).All patients were examined by ultrasonography to make sure if they were pregnancy. Hysterosalpingography was applied to observe if fallopian tubes were unobstructed.All statistics were processed by SPSS 13.0.Results:1.After treatment,22 cases were pregnant,counting for 73.33%,and 8 cases weren't pregnant in the treatment group.However in the control group,13 cases were pregnant,counting for 43.33%,and 17 cases were not pregnant.Compared with the control groups,pregnancy rate of the treatment group was higher significantly(P＜0.05).2.After treatment,total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,and that of the control group was 43.33%.Compared with the control groups,total effective rate of the treatment group was higher significantly(P＜0.01).3.In TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) syndrome and therapeutic effect,total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.There was a significant difference((P＜0.05).4.In total score of TCM syndrome,there was significantly difference between before and after treatment in the control groups(P＜0.05).It was the same in the treatment group(P＜0.01).Compared with the control group,the total score of TCM syndrome of the treatment group is significantly higher(P＜0.01).5.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the disappearance time of the clinical symptoms,the clinical pregnancy treatment and the treated cycle(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.The traditional Chinese medicine of "triple therapy" can significantly improve systemic symptoms,shorten the course of treatment and elevate clinical pregnancy rate by increasing oviduct deoppilation rate.The effective rate of "triple therapy" is higher than that of western medicine.2."Triple therapy" is a new traditional Chinese medicine treatment for infertility due to fimbriated extremity of fallopian obstruction which is cheap,safe,convenient and effective. This therapy provides infertility caused by fimbriated extremity of fallopian obstruction with new treatment prospects.
