1.Purpose:(1)Investigate and discuss expression of TGF-β1 in human glioma cell, analyse the relation between it and malignant degree and development of brain galotinous tumour,(2)Investigate and discuss expression of Tenascin in human glioma cell, analyse the relation between it and malignant degree and development of brain galotinous tumour,(3)discuss cooperation between TGF-β1 and Tenascin.2.Methods:When TGF-β1 and Tenascin of 50 examples brain galotinous tumours specimen were detected by Immunohistochemistry, there were TGF-β1 and Tenascin expression in the cytoplasme and external of glioma cell, which expression degree was related to malignant degree of brain galotinous tumour.3.Results:(1)TGF-β1 expressed in correspondence with glioma cell proliferation activity and microanatomy classification closely, can become a guide line to appraise the malignant degree,invasion ability and prognosis judge.(2)Tenascin is highly expressed in malignant galotinous tumour, that testifies Tenascin may participate in the galotinous tumour's invasion on process and boosts the galotinous tumour growth.(3)TGF-β1 and Tenascin are expressed in galotinous tumour together, strengthenly with the malignant progress of tumour. we guess that their coactions is the molecular growth basis to lead to brain galotinous oncocyte proliferation and invasion.
