The Effects Of Yishen Soup On The Expression Of Bone Morphogenetic Protein-7 And α-smooth Muscle Action Of Renal Interstitial Fibrosis Model Induced By Adenine In Rats

Objective:The study by yishen soup used in RIF-induced model of adenine-gavaged and we examined whether yishen soup can alleviate RIF in the experimentation,and preliminarily explore its mechanism.Methods:32 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, enalapril group and yishen soup group.Adaptive breeding 1 week later,beginning at 9 am every day making model:the normal group was intragastric administrated at normal saline according to 10mg/kg.d, the other three groups to 2.5% of the adenine Suspension fluid by 250mg/kg.d gavage.Modeling and drug interventions carried out the same day, daily gavage 15:00 pm:enalapril group and yishen soup group were intragastric administrated respectively at Enalapril, yishen soup; normal group, model group were intragastric administrated identical voluminal normal saline,day 1, a total of 21 days. Rats were observed general, renal function, organization cytology morphology, immunohistochemistry was used to detect BMP-7 and a-SMA expression, understanding of renal interstitial between the expression of various factors and its relationship with renal interstitial injury relationship.Results:â‘ The modeling compared with the normal group of rats after blood tests Cr, BuN significantly higher, higher level of treatment group than in model group was significantly (p<0.01), each treatment was no significant difference between the groups, (p> 0.01)â‘¡cell morphology showed:normal group without exception, the model group of renal interstitial injury, inflammatory cell infiltration in the treatment group compared with two serious, the difference was statistically significant(p <0.01), between the two treatment groups no statistically significant difference (p> 0.01)â‘¢normal group, a-SMA expression only in small arteries, BMP-7 is highly expressed in renal interstitial, the two treatment group compared to model group, a-SMA expression decreased, BMP-7 expression increased, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01).Conclusion:â‘ adenine gavage can quickly build models of renal interstitial fibrosis.â‘¡yishen soup can reduce the renal interstitial injury and inflammatory cell infiltration.â‘¢yishen soup could significantly inhibit the a-SMA expression, the promotion of BMP-7 expression, to suppress and reverse EMT,reduce the RIF,which may be yishen soup of anti-renal interstitial fibrosis in some way.â‘£yishen soup can be used as medication against renal interstitial fibrosis.
