| Objective:To explore the curative effect of the method of Jianpihuchangjiedu retention-enema with chinese medicine on chronic severe hepatitis B. Methods:69 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (34 cases), two groups were treated with conventional TCM and Western medicine. The treatment group were treated with retention-enema of Jianpihuchangjiedu Decoction additionally, every day a dose. After 4 weeks, observe and note the changes of symptoms and indexes in serum. Results:the treatment group is superior to that of control group(P<0.05, P<0.01) on lowering AST, TBil, Glb, ET, increaseing PTA, TC, Ca, removing ascites and preventing hepatic encephalopathy. The total efficiency of treatment group (85.71%) is superior to that of control group(61.76%) (P＜0.05). Conclusion:the curative effect of the method of Jianpihuchangjiedu retention-enema with chinese medicine on chronic severe hepatitis B is remarkable, clearing intestinal endotoxemia is its primary mechanism. |
