Modified Yinchenhao Of Chronic Severe Hepatitis Effects Of Endotoxin And Ammonia, And To Explore Its Mechanism

Objective: To observe the the flavored Yinchenhao soup retention enema ofendotoxin and ammonia in patients with chronic severe hepatitis, and to explore itsmechanism.Methods: The clinical select the criteria for inclusion of damp heat and toxic chronicsevere hepatitis60cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group30cases, the control group on the basis of the comprehensive treatment given lactulose30mlpo tid treatment group in the comprehensive treatment the basis give flavored Yinchenhaoin soup retention enema. Clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results: The results showed that the two groups after treatment can significantlyimprove liver function, reduce the incidence of complications. Treatment group than thecontrol group (P <0.01or P <0.05) in improvement of clinical symptoms and ALT andAST, TBIL, ALB,PTA; in reducing the content of endotoxin and ammonia, weresignificantly better than the control group (P <0.01or P <0.05).Conclusion: Modified Yinchenhao, Decoction enema can effectively improve theclinical symptoms of chronic severe hepatitis and improve liver function, reduce thecontent of endotoxin and ammonia, in the clinical application of safe and effective.
