Objective To explore the differential concentration in plasma fibrinogen(Fg) and apolipoprotein A-Ⅳ(apoA-Ⅳ) between the patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and normal people seperatly, preliminary explore the relationship between Fg and apoA-Ⅳand acute STEMI , which would provide the basis for early warning and drugs targeted therapy of acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction. Methods Select 32 patients with STEMI diagnosed in our hospital as acute STEMI group and 32 cases who had normal human plasma with acute myocardial infarction screening as controls. Application Western Blot and ELISA to confirm the different expression of Fg and apoA-Ⅳ.Results Plasms gray-scale value of Fg was higher in STEMI group than in control group by Western Blot [(0.9333±0.2568) vs (0.7860±0.2036),t=3.354,P<0.01;respectively]. Plasms gray-scale value of apoA-Ⅳwas lower in STEMI group than in control group by Western Blot[(1.4129±0.6601)vs(2.5466±0.8313),t=4.325,P<0.01;respectively].Pl asms concentration of Fg was higher in STEMI group than in control group by ELISA [(14.2021±3.9130)g/ L vs (3.3150±0.8915)g /L, t=4.525,P<0.01;respectively].Plasms concentration of apoA-Ⅳwas lower in STEMI group than in control group by ELISA [(2.4512±0.3275)g/L vs (4.8216±0.8067)g/L, t=2.329,P<0.05;respectively].Conclusion1. Expression levels of plasma Fg and apoA-Ⅳmay be associated with acute STEMI in the occurrence and development.2. A high level of Fg might promote the occurrence and development of acute STEMI.3. A high level of apoA-Ⅳmight protect against the occurrence and development of acute STEMI.4. On the regulation of plasma Fg and apoA-Ⅳlevels will contribute to the outcome of acute STEMI.
