Sixty patients finish this research. The results show:(1)Before the intervention, there was no statistical significance between the intervention group and the control group on general Information, fatigue score, quality of life. And the number of people with moderate or severe fatigue accounted for the total number of subjects is 53.3% and 16.7%.(2)Interim radiotherapy questionnaire scores, there was a statistical significance on differences in some of the projects. And in the intervention group, the number of patient with moderate or severe fatigue is twenty-three and four, accounting 76.67% and 13.33% for the total number of intervention group. But in the control group, the number of patient with moderate or severe fatigue is fourteen and thirteen, accounting 46.67% and 43.33% for the total number of control group, P = 0.03. There was a statistical significance on the scores of RPFS.(4)Intervention group itself before, during and after intervention comparison shows that there was no statistical significance on Social function, symptoms subscale of the breathing difficulties, constipation, economic hardship P> 0.05, and there was a statistical significance on other objects. Control group itself before, during and after comparison shows that all items were significant differences in statistical significance. The two groups in fatigue after radiation therapy have increased in extent and quality of life have declined.
