Value Of Ligasure In Laparoscopic Fenestration Of Single Hepatic Cyst

Background and PurposeSingle hepatic cyst is a common hepatic disease. In the past few years, the treatment of hepatic cyst was customarily abdominal fenestration. With the development of laparoscopic surgical techniques, laparoscopic surgery of hepatic cysts becomes a major method of treatment. The aim of this article is to explore the value of Ligasure in laparoscopic fenestration of single hepatic cyst.MethodCompare 11 cases of single hepatic cysts in patients with the application of laparoscopic fenestration Ligasure group and the control group,and analyse the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, and recurrence of the two groups.Results11 cases of operation were all successful. In the application of Ligasure group, the average of operation time was 33min, intraoperative bleeding was 5-20ml, and no recurrence. In the control group, the average of operation time was 52min, intraoperative bleeding was 10-50ml, and 1 case of recurrence.ConclusionsThrough the 11 cases of operation, the treatment of single hepatic cyst with Ligasure can effectively reduce the operation time, control intraoperative bleeding, and reduce the rate of recurrence.
