A Clinical Study Between Total Vaginal Hysterectomy And Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy With The Application Of Ligasure

Objective: The study was desinged to analyze the clinical effectbetween total vaginal hysterectomy(TVH) and total laparoscopichysterectomy(TLH) with the application of ligasure.Methods: Retroapective analysis the hysterectomy in the guangxizhuang autonomous region people’s hospital from April2010to January2012.To retrospectively analyze the TVH of Ligasure and TLH cases.According some standards of choice and exclusion,91cases finally wereremained,41cases of TVH,50cases of TLH.Patients’age,parity,uterusvolume,previous pelvic surgery,time for surgery,blood loss,hospitalstay,treatment costs,post-operative need of analgetics and complicationswere gathered statistics.In addition, according the same standards ofchoice and exclusion,to keep the37cases of TVH to use traditionalligature.Comparing with the41cases of TVH of Ligasure in age,parity,uterus volume,previous pelvic surgery,time for surgery,blood loss.Results: All are performed successfully completed, no transfer in this open laparotomy. TVH LigaSure group compared with TLHLigaSure group, patients age, parity, uterus volume, revious pelvicsurgery, postoperative anal exhaust time, hospital stay an, post-operativeneed of analgetics and complications,there is no significant difference (P>0.05). TVH LigaSure group’time for surgery, blood loss and treatmentcosts are obviously less than TLH LigaSure groups, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05). TVH LigaSure group and TVHtraditional ligature compared group, operation time is less than that TVHtraditional ligature group (P <0.05), blood loss has no significantdifference (P>0.05).Conclusions: Hysterectomy of the selection of way, is to secureoperation of a safe and effective premise, combined with the patient andwill, the doctor’s surgery and hospital equipment conditions of theexperience of the comprehensive judgement,.We should give priority tothe most beneficial to the patient’s operation. In the operation indication,TVH can be regarded as the first choice of surgery benign lesions method.In addition, the new intraoperative correct reasonable use LigaSure, willreduce the operation difficulty, reduce the time for surgery,.It has a broadprospect of application.
