Zi Bing Anal Fissure Ointment To Accelerate The Clinical Observation Of Postoperative Wound Healing

Objective:Zibing ointment for anal fissure efficacy of postoperative wound healing.Methods:Clinical study:60 patients with anal fissure patients were randomly divided into Zibing ointment group, Jiu hua cream group,30 cases. Outcomes measures included:wound healing rate, wound healing time, postoperative clinical outcome (including:pain, bleeding conditions, the growth of granulation tissue), at postoperative 1 day,5 days,10 days to record statistics, clinical Efficacy rate according to the evaluation criteria comparison.Experimental study:1. Skin irritation experiment About20 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, respectively, intact skin ointment for external use Zibing group and damaged skin group, saline control group and the control group, the skin damage was observed 12,24,48,72hour skin reactions.2. Allergen skin test About 10 guinea pigs on both sides of the body target area hair removal, topical ointment Zibing observed with or without sneezing, vertical hair and other systemic reactions and local availability of edema, hyperemia, erythema and other local reactions.Results:The clinical study results showed:1. The treatment group after 10 days in patients with wound healing rate than the control group (P <0.05); 2. The treatment group than in control patients with wound healing time was significantly shorter (P<0.05); 3. granulation in patients treated with a good growth compared with the control group (P <0.05); 4. the efficacy of the treatment group than in the control group were good (P<0.05); 5. the treatment group clinical total effective rate was 90% in the control group 76.7% difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05); 6. the treatment group and control group had no adverse reaction.The experimental study shows:Zibing ointment in experimental animals have no skin irritation and sensitization.Conclusion:1. Zibing ointment anal fissure patients after shortened healing time and promote wound healing.2. Zibing ointment can relieve pain in patients after anal fissure and bleeding.3. Zibing ointment on the skin without any irritation and sensitization.
