The Mineral medicine fluorite can clam down temperature and warm lungs. It can be used to treat insomnia, palpitation and dreaminess, palpitation easy to panic and lung deficiency cough, asthma, Gong cold sterility.It is one of the first choices of Chinese medicine to treat infertility, and it is used very common. The Modern pharmacological studies have shown that fluorite can excite ovarian secretion function, but the lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper and other harmful elements which contained in fluorite can accumulate in women, which are likely to affect the intellectual development of offspring, harming to the fetus composition.This experiment was conducted systematic research on fluorite, studied on medication safety for fully investigated. The thesis contains following main parts:Collecting samples across the country, using atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) method and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) method to determine the content of harmful elements from 14 districts in 28 samples and also to determine the content of harmful elements in the calcium reagent of high purity fluoride. The results showed that from 14 regions of fluorite samples were detected of harmful elements with different levels, and the content were high, while the content of harmful elements in the calcium reagent of high purity fluoride were within the limits.Combined with the methodology guideline including linear range, detection limit, precision, recovery, the method set-up was verified. The detection limits of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu were 2.21ug/L,0.22ug/L,0.023ug/L, 0.14ug/L,0.058ug/ml respectively. Experiments of repeatability and recovery showed favorable precision and accuracy.Study on the processing technology of fluorite. Selecting four factors, such as calcined system temperature, calcined system time, amount of vinegar and vinegar quenching frequency, using four factors and three levels of the orthogonal test, the results showed that after being processed by different method, the harmful elements of fluorite all decreased greatly. The best processing technology have been identified, that is, heated to 700℃, kept 20min, per 100 grams of vinegar to use 15 ml, repeatedly calcining 3 times. Selecting three factors, such as added water volume, decoction time, medicine crushing degree, using three factors and three levels of using three factors and three levels of the orthogonal experiment, the optimizing boiling conditions were A2B1C3 (i.e. crushed herbs over 100 mesh sieve, added water 10 times, boiled 2 hours in advance).Determining the Stripping capacity of harmful elements of fluorite.Such as in artificial gastric juice (simulated pills, oral powder) and in the compound decoction (analog decoction). The results showed that the Stripping capacity of harmful elements in artificial gastric juice and in the compound decoction were far below the set limit, which showed that on its clinical use is relatively safe.
