Objective:To observe the TIA patients with community intervention for stroke prevention effect. Methods:The cohort study, the intervention group and control group were included in standard TIA (transient ischemic attack) in patients with the 63 cases. Study off in 3 cases, excluding 3 patients. Clinical analysis of 120 cases were found, of which 60 samples were treated,60 cases were treated, all patients received the appropriate treatment for basic diseases. On this basis, the intervention group patients on the community intervention, including lifestyle education and intervention (such as smoking, drinking, diet and reasonable accommodation laws, regular exercise, weight control, etc.). Treatment was in June. Two cases of baseline data (sex, age, disease duration, seizure frequency, TCM analysis, etc.) were treated with x2 test, nonparametric Mann-Whitney U test, rank sum test. Intervention group and control group of related risk factors and disease outcome measures (blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, ECG) using x2 test; on two groups of patients with TIA recurrence frequency and duration of attack with the rank sum test, the incidence of stroke in two groups of patients with x2 test. Results:â‘ with the intervention of 6 months, two groups of patients on blood lipids, blood glucose, ECG control of the situation was no significant difference (P> 0.05), on blood pressure control were significantly different (P<0.05).â‘¡with the intervention of 6 months, seizure frequency in two groups of control patients with TIA were significantly different (P<0.05), TIA attack on the two-time control in patients with no significant difference (P>0.05).â‘¢with the intervention of 6 months, the incidence of stroke in two groups of patients were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion:The intervention community blood pressure control in patients with TIA, TIA recurrence frequency control is effective, on the incidence of stroke in patients with recent TIA control no obvious effect.
