Objective:By the surveys of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI)-Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) factors, exploring the relationship bewteen RRTI with children and MP;Increasing the awareness of MP incidence of in children with RRTI.Methods:100 cases of children meet the diagnostic criteria for RRTI experimental group, Over the same period 100 cases with chief complaint of cough, but not meet the diagnostic criteria of acute respiratory infections in children as the control group by the questionnaires, Using the method of solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELLSA), Detec the Mycoplasma pneumoniae serum antibody IgM (MP-IgM) qualitatively.Results:①The MP morbidity in experimental group is 38%(38/100 cases),the contrasts but MP morbidity being 22%(22/100 cases), P<0.05, there is a significant statistical significance in the incidence of two groups;②The OR value of men and women of 95%confidence interval are not containing 1 equally,so, the OR value of gender is no signifencent statistical difference(P>0.05);③Comparing two groups of all ages by theχ2 test,1~2years old,χ2=6.711,P=0.010,P<0.05, there is a significant statistical significance in the incidence of MP,-5yeas old,χ2=0.487, P=0.485,P>0.05,~14 years old,χ2=0.848,P=0.357,P>0.05, there are no significant statistical significance in the incidence of MP in two age grades.Conclusion:①The MP morbidity in the experimental group is higher than the control;②The MP is an important risk factors in RRTI, the MP incidence of two groups in men and women is the same roughly;③The MP incidence in the experimental is higher than the control from1to2 years old;-5years old and~14years old,The two groups are no significant difference in the incidence of MP. Objective:The treatment of children of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) factors in recurrent respiratory traction(RRTI) by the observation of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in patients with short-term and long-term efficacy. Exploring the advantages of the combination for treatment of the disease to increase the level of clinical awareness and treatment in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods:In this study, a total of 120 cases of children included in line with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine, The Included patients were divided into experimental group and control group and generated randomly random number table to check random sequence, there is 65 in experimental group and control group is 55. The experimental group takes differentiation stages dialectic, In the acute infection phase identified as the real evil, Wind-heat Fanfei experimental group were given to both the medicine Sangjuyin and Yinqiaosan do addition and subtraction and co-azithromycin oral suspension, the transfer delay stage should be differentiated yingweishihe, xieduliulian, which were given the HuangqiGuizhiwuwu Decoction combined azithromycin oral suspension, Jiuke shangfei, yin xu cough were given the Adenophora Ophiopogon Decoction combined azithromycin dry suspension, The control group were given oral azithromycin dry suspension only, Two groups of patients, applying the general basis for therapeutic measure in the event of an emergency condition happened; The period of the treatment is three weeks, Short-term effect for the completion of two groups were observed after treatment of children with major symptoms and signs of change; Long-term efficacy of treatment for three weeks after the expiry of observation for six months, Make the The final statistical and observe the change of main symptoms and signs between the experimental group and control group and its effects on immune function.Results:①Comparison of curative effect between experimental group and control group, Z=-0.383.P=0.695,(P<0.05),there is no significant difference;②Six months after treatment, the therapeutic effect shows,Z=-2.370,P=0.018(P<0.05),the results between the two groups was statistically significant meaning;③The total effective rate of the experimental group 98.5%,the control 78.2%;④Distribution of the experimental group before and after treatment on IgG,IgA,IgM, P<0.05, there is significant differences statistically;⑤After treatment, comparison of all ages immunoglobulin,IgG,IgA,IgM difference,P<0.05,there are significant differences statistically. Conclusion:The effect of the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection with Mycoplasma pneumoniae is exact in long-term effect and should be promoted.
