Arm Neck And Shoulder Massage Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Clinical Observation

Objective:To study the curative effect and the functional mechanism of treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy by Arm neck and shoulder massage manipulation. Method:Seventy cases were allocated randomly and equally to two groups:group of manipulation and group of Traction treatment.Then we observe the changes of these 60 cases'symptoms,physical signs after the treatment. Results:This clinical research shows that Arm neck and shoulder massage manipulation has a remarkable curative effect on treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. The improvement forsymptomatic relief and certebrae activity by using this manipulation is better than the one by usingTraction. Conclusions:clinical observation shows Arm neck and shoulder massage manipulation has remarkable curative effect to cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.It's mechanism action is possibly on loosing soft tissue Spasm and adhesions,balancing the force inside and outside cervical vertebrate,regulating nerve root and surrounding tissue relationship and recovering normal anatomic structure of cervical vertebrate.
