The Framework Analysis Of New Rural Cooperative Medical Reports

China is a large agricultural country with 1.3 billion population. There are nearly eight hundred million people in rural areas. With Such a large population of rural areas, but being lacked a medical security system. Along with the importance of new rural construction, agriculture has increasingly become one of the hot social focus. New rural cooperative medical system in this context has emerged.New rural cooperative medical system is a rural medical assistance system which is benefit to people. Not only provides more convenient medical services to the majority of farmers , but also participates to finance by the government and local institutions and it can also reduce the pay of medical treatment of the farmers.The new rural cooperative medical care system operated since 2003, then gradually introduced to the whole country. The implementation of the new system in the country, not only relevant departments of the strong publicity, news organizations also relevant to a strong report.In this study, with "People's Daily" as a sample to study the report about the new rural cooperative medical system since the seventeenth. Sample selection to the seventeenth day of Congress (October 15, 2007) as the starting date and the date (December 31, 2009) that plan to let the new rural cooperative medical care to make full coverage of the rural population as the termination date, 224 samples were collected. Select the "People's Daily" as a sample, based mainly on the authority of the party newspaper, the congress as the initial stage of research, it is because the Congress,established the "people's livelihood," and "access to basic health care health services, ".Quantitative and qualitative research are two major research methods. Through the "People's Daily" in the new rural cooperative medical reports on the frequency, layout, space, news sources and sources, geographical coverage, reports tend to report type, report of eight aspects of the theme quantitative analysis to examine the data in the form of the "People's Daily" on the new rural cooperative medical emphasis.In this study, based on quantitative research, and made a further qualitative analysis, ultimately established the the three framework of "People's Daily" in the new rural cooperative medical reports are:the main publicity surrounding the system, local reports, the dissemination of knowledge . Such as the negative news of "People's Daily" on the new rural cooperative medical care which media any errors in the implementation of the functions of public opinion.
