Objective:Observe electroacupuncture du meridian acupuncture point focal in focal cerebral ischemia rats, study the effects of nerve deficit symptoms, cerebral infarction volume and infarction rate, serum and brain levels of NGF, then to confirmed electroacupuncture du meridian can explore the protection and mechanism about ischemic brain injury.Methods:50 male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely control group,model group,sham operation group,Du group,large intestine group,10 in each group. To establish cerebral ischemia model with middle cerebral artery suture method(MCAO).The neurological deficit score were gone at 2th 6th 24th 48th 72th after cerebral ischemia for every rat; namely control group,Model group,sham operation group were binding 30min after neurological deficit score at 6th 24th 48h.72h; Du group and large intestine group were electroacupuncture 30min after neurological deficit score at 6th 24th 48th 72h. Draw materials after death last all treatment over. Detected cerebral infarction volume by TTC staining; serum levels of NGF by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay; NGF expression in brain tissue by immuno-histochemistry.1. Compared to control group,neurological deficit symptom score in sham operation group no diversity at all different times(P>0.05); volume and in farction rate were no diversity(P>0.05);the expression of NGF in serum and brain tissue immunohistochemistry total number of targets number were no diversity (P>0.05).2. Compared to the control group and sham operation group, neurological deficit symptom score in model group,Du group and large intestine group were decreased(P<0.01);the expression of serum levels of NGF were higher(P<0.01); brain tissue immunohistochemistry total number of targets number were increased(P<0.01).3. Compared to the model group, neurological deficit symptom score in Du group and large intestine group were no diversity at 2h,6h,24h (P>0.05),were decreased at 48h,72h(P<0.05);volume and infarction rate decreases significantly(P<0.01);the expression of NGF in serum were in-creased(P<0.01);brain tissue immunohistochemistry total target number were increased(P<0.01).4. Compared to large intestine group, neurological deficit symptom score in Du group were no diversity at all different times;Infarction volume and infarction rate no diversity(P>0.05);the serum level of NGF in Du group were increased(P<0.05);brain tissue immunohistochemistry total targets number were increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:This experimental study had showed that Electroacupuncture meridian points can significantly improve neurological deficit score in rats MCAO,Minus the cerebellum infarction volume and cerebral infarction rate, and promote the expression of NGF in serum and brain, which to some extent suggest that the Electroacupuncture Du meridian may increase endogenous regulation mechaniam of NGF,then slowing neuronal apoptosis, protect and repair neurons,and promote the recovery of neurological function.
