| BackgroundColorectal carcinoma is one of the most common malignant neoplasm in digestive tract. The first effective treatment method is operation. Since a naesthesia, surgical injury, open abdomen, dissipation of heat, and so on, many patients have gastrointestinal dysfunction postoperatively, such as disappearance of intestinal peristalsis, abdominal distension, dysfunctio n of defecation and exhaust, especially the abdominal distension. It can c ause the poor healing of the anastomotic stoma and abdominal incisional.S o the important part of postoperative recovery is reducing the time of fi rst exhaust and eating. There are many methods to promote gastrointestinna l function recovery after colorectal carcinoma operation。But none of thos e is systematical, so that some effective treatment methods can not be pop ularized and applied in clinical practice。ObjectiveThrough the clinical research of application on abdomen with fructus evodiae, we can scientifically assess the curative effect to the postopera tive recovery of colorectal cancer operation in order to select the best external treatment to promote postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.MethodsThis study adopt random comparison method. The patients up to the qual ification are randomly divided into 4 groups "control group, salt group, e vodiae group, evodiae and acusector group".All grougs must have three rou tine, electrocardiogram, ion three items(preoperative and postoperative 1, 7day) liver function(ALT), renal function(BUN, Cr). Observe and record the time of bowel sound recovery, the first flatus, the frist defecation. And t hen input data into computer, statistically analyse and compare the data by Spss17.0 through analysis of variance (X2test, P<0.05). As the same to the baseline data(sex, tumor site, operative method, age, the time of anaest hesia and operation). At length compare the time of bowel sound recovery,t he first flatus, the frist defecation around the 4 groups, and then choose which method is best to promote postoperative recovery of gastrointestin al function.Results84 patients were up to the standard, but finally 76 patients were adop ted in the study(8 patients exited). In this 84 patients,43 ones were men, 33 were women, maximum age 75, minimum age 27, control group(n=21), salt group(n=18), evodiae group(n=22), evodiae and acusector group(n=15), rec tal cancer 48, sigmoid colon cancer 16, descent colon cancer 2, horizontal colon cancer 2, ascending colon cancer 9, open operation 43, laproscope operation 33, operation time among 1.33-4.91h, average 3.30h. In summary all aspects of the baseline data in 4 groups have no statistical differen ce, and the time of bowel sound recovery, the first flatus, the frist defe cation around the 4 groups is the same result(P>0.05).ConelusionsThe study suggest that the salt group, evodiae group, evodiae and acu sector group in promoting postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal func tion have no significant efficacy. |
