Clinical Observation Of Using Activating Blood And Resolving Stasis Method On Treatment Of The Chloesma

Objective:To explore the principle and clinical effect of the chloesma by using the method of activating blood and resolving stasis.Methods:Divide 60 patients of chloesma into two groupr andomly 30 patients of treatment group which was treated with Qibansoup with longxuejiecapsule.30 patients of control group was treated with Qibansoup. Compared the coloured changes in shin of the two group after therapy of 2 months to evaluate clinical efficiecy.Results:The clinical observation showed that 30 patients in treatment group completed the 2-months therapy. Including 5 Cases (16.67%) were cured,14 cases (46.7%)were remarkably effective,6 cases (20%) were effective,5 cases (16.67%) were in effective, the total effective rate was 83.34%. while in the control group,30 patients completed the 2-months therapy, in eluding 3cases (10%) were cured,9 cases (36.67%) were remarkably effective,5 cases (16.67%) were effective,13 cases (43.34%) were in effective, the total effective rate was 56.66%. The difference of effective rate between two group was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:Qi ban soup can effectively improve the color and area of the skin of chloesma by smoothing the liver and regulating, or reinforcing liver and kidney, moreover Qi ban soup combing with the method activating blood and resolving stasis, can rise the clinical efficiency of treating chloesma. It is useful research deeply the method activating blood and resolving stasis.
