| Objective: The data mining method is applied to analyze the medical records of modern Shandong physicians treating heart diseases with the method of activating blood and resolving stasis,and the rules of prescriptions and medications is discussed.Based on this,the results of data mining are applied to clinical practice and its curative effect is verified,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: Collect the medical records of modern Shandong physicians treating heart diseases with the method of activating blood and resolving stasis,standardize the data and establish a database,use frequency analysis,association rules,cluster analysis and other data mining methods,analyze and summarize the medications rules of modern Shandong physicians treating heart diseases with the method of activating blood and resolving stasis,and verify the results of data mining with clinical medical records.Results: A total of 542 medical records of modern Shandong physicians treating heart diseases with the method of activating blood and resolving stasis were collected,including288 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the total frequency of the traditional Chinese medicine was 7561.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines used frequently were: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Liquorice,Astragalus membranaceus,Semen ziziphi spinosae,Radix paeoniae rubra,Ophiopogon japonicus,Carthamus tinctorius,Cinnamomi ramulus.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines for activating blood and resolving stasis used frequently were: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Radix paeoniae rubra,Carthamus tinctorius,Turmeric,Corydalis yanhusuo,Panax notoginseng,Semen Persicae,Hawthorn.According to the classification of traditional Chinese medicines,the most commonly used medicines were activating blood and resolving stasis medicines,tonic medicines,clearing heat medicines,anti-epidermic medicines,qi regulating medicines,and tranquilizing medicines.The four natures of traditional Chinese medicines were mainly warm,cold,and flat,the five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,and the main medicine meridian tropism distributed along the liver meridian,heart meridian,and spleen meridian.The top 5 high-frequency medicine combinations were:(1)Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis;(2)Ligusticum chuanxiong,Astragalus membranaceus;(3)Salvia miltiorrhiz,Liquorice;(4)Salvia miltiorrhiz,Ligusticum chuanxiong;(5)Salvia miltiorrhiz,Astragalus membranaceus.The association rules analysis of all the medicines resulted in a total of 13 pairs of associated medicines combinations.The association rules analysis of the medicines for activating blood and resolving stasis resulted in a total of 21 pairs of associated medicines combinations.Six core combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,which were:(1)Oyster,Os Draconis,Semen ziziphi spinosae;(2)Carthamus tinctorius,Semen Persicae,Radix paeoniae rubra,Radix Bupleuri,Fructus Aurantii,Radix paeoniae alba,Angelica sinensis,Rehmanniae Radix;(3)Fructus trichosanthis,Longstamen onion bulb,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Turmeric,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae;(4)Ligusticum chuanxiong,Pueraria lobata,Corydalis yanhusuo,Panax notoginseng,Coptis chinensis;(5)Poria,Atractylodes macrocephalae,Oriental waterplantain rhizome;(6)Salvia miltiorrhiza,Amomum villosum,Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra chinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis,Cinnamomi ramulus,Radix aconiti lateralis praepareta,Liquorice,Ginseng.The core combinations 1,2,and 6 obtained from data mining were used to treat palpitation(perimenopausal syndrome)and chest pain(coronary heart disease)respectively,with significant curative effects.Conclusion: By digging and sorting out the medical records of modern Shandong physicians treating heart diseases with the method of activating blood and resolving stasis,their rules of prescriptions and medications were obtained,and the reliability and effectiveness of the data mining results in clinical practice were verified with clinical records,which has guiding value for clinical diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases. |
