Objective:This subject is the study of "Replenishing Yang in the morning, Replenishing Yin in the evening" this kind of treatment. Through animal experiments, observation and comparison of this treatment method and the traditional method of replenishing Yin animal models of deficiency in ACTH, CORT and other indicators of the role of circadian rhythm and its different, to prove the superiority of this theory, expectations for clinical medicine, acupuncture, massage and other treatment of diseases associated with the time factor to provide new ideas and methods.Methods:Healthy SD rats as the experimental subjects were randomly divided into the "Replenishing Yin in the evening" group, "Replenishing Yang in the morning, Replenishing Yin in the evening" group, "Replenishing Yang in the morning, Replenishing Yin in the evening" evidence to the contrary, traditional replenishing Yin group, Yin model control group, use of "H-type test deficiency modeling method " modeling. After the modeling to the SD rats in each groups corresponding to drug treatment. After treatment, inspection and analysis of animals in each group at different time points ACTH, CORT levels.Results:①6 groups before making model among groups (P> 0.05), body weight among groups was not statistically different. K group after the modeling group and the other 5 groups, as well as their before and after (P<0.05), the other groups weight loss. After treatment, except for A group and K group (P<0.05), the other between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant.②The results of ACTH:Among the 6 groups no difference in time for the B, C, D, E and K groups. There are differences (P<0.05) at 16:00A group (27.12±2.45) and D group (34.18±7.56),20:00 B group and D group (26.77±4.10),0:00 A group (24.37±1.13) and C group (30.1±2.85), D group and K group (30.49±8.12). Group phase adjacent time points, among B, C, D and E group adjacent time points in group no significant difference. A group showed the 8-12 O'clock and 20-0 O'clock lower,0-4 O'clock higher, K Group 4-8 O'clock higher.③The results of CORT:Among 6 groups no difference in time for the B, C, D and K groups, E group and K group. There were significant differences (P<0.05) for 8:00, A group (342.23±135.43) difference compared with the other 5 groups are statistically significant.20:00 A, B, C groups to E group (149.59±18.34) there were significant differences. On group adjacent time point 8-12 O'clock decline include A, B, D and K groups.12-16 O'clock A and C group increased, E group decreased.16-20 O'clock A, B and C group decreased, but E group increased.20-0 O'clock A and C group increased.4-8 O'clock A group raised, E group decreased.Conclusions:The" H-type test deficiency modeling method" on the A, B, C, D and E Yin five groups modeling, and modeling success, drug treatment, in addition to A group, the rest of the treatment group gained weight Recovered well. A, B, C, D group rats after treatment can adjust the pathological state of deficiency, and the rhythm of ACTH and CORT levels. A, B, C and D groups of different treatment methods on plasma ACTH and serum CORT the content are different.
