| The research of our laboratory show that, in alkaline medium, a novel flow injection chemiluminenescent method has been developed for the determination of substances, Ag(Ⅲ) complex oxide luminol can produce stable chemiluminescence signal. Some substances can significantly enhance the chemiluminescence, and the chemiluminescence intensity showed a good linear relationship to the concentration in a certain range. Flow injection chemiluminescence have the advantages of high sensitivity,wide linear range,rapid analysis and simple apparatus. It is widely used in the areas of life sciences, environmental science, clinical and physiology. In this paper, the novel flow-injection chemiluminescence method was establishment for the determination of Chlorogenic acid and Fentanyl Citrate . The method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable.The separation mechanism of capillary electrophoresis is based on the fast and efficient separation of charged particles with different mobilities in capillary column under the effect of electric field. The drive of electric field can efficiently decrease diffusion of target analyte in capillary, increase separation efficiency and improve peak tailing. Separation by capillary electrophoresis mainly depends on sample characteristic and the separate channel is the hollow quartz capillary, so there is a low demand on sample pretreatment. The purpose of our study is to adopt original capillary electrophoresis techniques to determine 5-hydroxy tryptamine in cerebrospinal fluid.PART 1 Flow injection chemiluminescence method for determination of Chlorogenic acidObjective: To establish a novel flow injection chemiluminescence method for Chlorogenic acid. The analytes of the standard preparation into a series of standard solutions done the conditions choice. The conditions for the CL detection for tow analytes were systematically investigated. It will be treated samples were determined.Finally, this method has been applied for the determination of tow analytes in real sample.Results: A method of flow-injection chemiluminescence for determination of Chlorogenic acid was developed.The detection limit was 5.0×10-7g/L,The linear equation of the method was△I=146.50+19.54C, r =0.9992,the recoveries of standard addition was in rang of 96.0%-98.3% .The relative standard deviation was 2.1% for 2.5×10-5g/L of Chlorogenic acid (n=11).Conclusions: The novel Ag(Ⅲ)-luminol chemiluminescence system can be applied for Chlorogenic acid . It will be treated samples was determined.Finally, this method has been applied for the determination of the analytes in cerebrospinal fluid..Results: A method of capillary electrophoresis chemiluminescence for determination of 5-hydroxy tryptamine was developed.The detection limit was 0.05 mg/L,The linear equation of the method was△I=1.0274+13.7313 C,r=0.9998,the recoveries of standard addition was in rang of 90.0%-107.5% .The relative standard deviation was 2.9% for 2.0mg/L of 5-hydroxy tryptamine (n=11).Conclusion: The method is simple, convenient and sensitive, which is suitable for determination of 5-hydroxy tryptamine. |
