| Background: Colorectal cancer is one of the most common to the gastrointestinal tract. As the living environment changes and the diet changes in recent years, its upward trend in incidence, the incidence of colorectal cancer is significantly increased .Because colorectal system via the portal vein blood flow back to the liver, the liver is the most common blood of colorectal cancer metastasis sites.. The time of diagnosis of colorectal cancer, 15% to 25% of the cases have been associated with liver metastases, about 60% of patients will appear in the course of liver metastasis, recurrence after curative resection rate of liver metastases up to 50%. Which meet the indications for surgery, colorectal surgery to the same period the primary tumor and liver metastases the opportunity to only 10% -20%.Objective:To evaluate the effect of simultaneous resection on the patients with synchronous liver metastasis from colorectal cancer.Methods:Review the clinical data of 54 cases with synchronous liverme- tastasis from colorectal cancer treated with simultaneous liver and colorectal resection from January 2006 to January 2011 in the Department Surgeryâ…¡of the Forth Hospital of Hebei Medical University. Discuss these factors such as the surgical indications, surgical methods, and follow-up results. Results Line colorectal cancer and 54 cases of resection of liver metastases over the same period, after 6 months, 1,3,5-year survival rates were 98.15%, 70.37%, 55.56%,12.96% and median survival time was 28.0 months. Complication rate was 18.52% (10/54), perioperative mortality was 0. Conclusion According to the group case analysis and evaluation of colorectal cancer with liver metastasis of colorectal surgery over the same period the line of primary lesions and the therapeutic effect of liver metastases, come to this treatment can significantly prolong the survival time of the conclusion. |
