| Background:Colorectal cancer is one common to the gastrointestinal tract, with the living environment changes and changes in the diet, its upward trend in incidence in recent years, the incidence of colorectal cancer was significantly increased .As the portal vein and inferior vena venous blood returning to the liver, liver is the most common metastatic sites of colorectal cancer. 15% to 25% colorectal cancer patients have been associated with liver metastases when the clinical diagnosis, of which comply with surgical indications, surgical removal of access to opportunities for the same period only 10% -20%.Objective:To evaluate and research the effect of simultaneous resection on the patients with synchronous liver metastasis from colorectal cancer.Methods Review the clinical data of 27 caseswith synchronous livermetastasis from colorectal cancer treated with simultaneousliver and colorectal resection from January 2005 to January 2009 in the Surgeryâ…¡of the forth hospital of Hebei Medical University. Discuss these factors such as the surgical indications, surgical methods, and follow-up results.Results:The 6 month,1, 2 and 3 year over all survival rates were 96.30%, 70.37%, 55.56%,37.04%. The median survival time was 28.0 months. Complication rate was 18.52% (5 / 27) , preoperative mortality rate was 0.Conclusion:In conclusion the simultaneous resection on the patients with synchronous,evaluation of livermetastasis from colon cancer is efficacy and it can significantly extend their survival time. |
