Objective:The clinical analysis of hearing loss profiles in patients with tinnitus,in order to further studying the etiology and inspection methods of tinnitus provide clinical foundation. Methods: Based on the ear specialist examination,, acoustic impedance test, normal frequency pure tone audiometry and extended high frequency audiometry on 200 patients tinnitus patient with chief complaint of subjective complaint. Results: Among the 200 cases of tinnitus patients,151 ears with normal hearing (55%),73ears with mild hearing loss (26%),26 ears with moderate hearing loss(13%),15 ears with severe hearing loss (5%),2 ears with severe hearing loss (1%) 123 patients with unilateral tinnitus (61.5%);77patients with bilateral tinnitus (38.5%); In those patients with unilateral tinnitus, by comparing the hearing threshold of affected side and contralateral side (0.125KHz-8KHz), the difference was statistically significant. In extended high frequency audiometry, the different between two groups patients was not statistically significant (P>0.05).In high frequency audiometry, the different of those was statistically significant (P<0.05), the detection rate of abnormal hearing lower than the normal group. Conclusion: Tinnitus is a good age segment 31-60 years old, the prevalence of hearing impairment increased with age gradually increased, but the prevalence of tinnitus has not increased correspondingly; Most tinnitus patients were not cumulative or speech frequency has little effect, does not affect the daily communication;Tinnitus can occur in people with normal hearing, Early in tinnitus, The problorm that audiometry extended high frequency can or not provide early tinnitus patients hearing loss basis need more clinical data of further study.
