Purpose:To explore the value of single frequency(500Hz)ASSR and single frequency(500Hz)tb-ab in the evaluation of low-frequency hearing threshold level in patients with severe sensorineural deafnes.Method:A total of 30 patients with severe sensorineural deafness who visited the outpatient department or inpatient department of our hospital during June 1,2018 and August 1,2019 were collected.And in our line of imaging examination,acoustic immittance and Pure Tone Audiometry(Pure Tone Audiometry,PTA),multi-frequency to steady state evoked potential(Multi-frequency auditory steady-state evoked potential,m-ASSR),Single frequency(500 hz)listen to steady state evoked potential(Single-frequency auditory steady-state evoked potential,S-assr)and tb-abr.Result:First,the x ± S of m-ASSR and PTA at four frequencies of 0.5Hz,1.0Hz,2.0Hz and 4.0Hz are 83.0 ± 3.6;87.7 ± 4.0;87.0 ± 6.3;86.3 ± 3.4 and 72.7 ± 3.1;77.0 ± 4.4;78.0 ± 4.0;82.3 ± 4.1;At the same time,their correlations on the four frequencies of0.5Hz,1.0Hz,2.0Hz,and 4.0Hz are: 0.79,0.83,0.82,and 0.87;further,m-ASSR is at0.5Hz.The results of single factor analysis of variance between the four frequencies of 1.0,1.0 Hz,2.0 Hz and 4.0 Hz are F = 12.7,P <0.01;the threshold values at 500 Hz and the other three frequencies are different,P <0.01;There is no difference in the threshold mean values,P> 0.05(see Table 2 for specific P values);finally,the correlations between m-ASSR,s-ASSR and Tb-ABR and PTA at 0.5KH are 0.79;0.92 and 0.76 and P values are less than 0.01.Conclusion:In the correlation comparison between m-assr and PTA at the four frequencies of0.5hz,1.0hz,2.0hz and 4.0hz,the correlation at 500 Hz was worse than that at the other three frequencies.The accuracy of m-assr in predicting PTA threshold at 500 Hz was higher than that at tb-abr,and the accuracy of s-assr in predicting PTA threshold at 500 Hz was higher than that at m-assr.
